Since 1952 the Schauf family has owned and operated Bison Creek Ranch providing Lodging and Breakfast to folks from all around the world. Conveniently located just two miles west of East Glacier Park, Bison Creek Ranch is tucked away in a grove of gorgeous aspens and pines just off U.S Highway 2. And at any given time, you'll see the Schauf Family hard at work, chatting with their guests and providing the best hospitality a Montana family could ever offer. Our cozy and comfortable cabins and A-frame chalets are open for guests visiting Glacier National Park or who are simply traveling through during the months of June-September. From the front door of your cabin or A-frame windows you'll be amazed at one of the most fantastic views you'll ever see of the Rocky Mountains and Glacier National Park. And new to Bison Creek Ranch is our primitive camping and RV sites for your convenience. Breakfast is included with your stay in the cabins or A-frames. Our breakfast may include huckleberry pancakes, omelets, cinnamon rolls, eggs-n-toast, ham, bacon, or sausage, and plenty of hot coffee. Bison Creek is the perfect setting for a family. A culturally rich environment that allows the natural wonders of childhood to resurface and we are one of the few places near the park that are pet friendly. Located in the beautiful Swan Valley of Western Montana, Standing Stones Bed Inn Breakfast is nestled in the heart of the Northern Rocky Mountains. Only 85 miles northeast of Missoula Montana at mile marker 44-1/2 along Montana Highway 83, and only 60 miles south of Kalispell, Standing Stones Bed Inn Breakfast offers a unique Montana experience. Being nestled in the gorgeous Swan Mountain Range, with the world-renowned Bob Marshall Wilderness to the east and the legendary Mission Mountain Range to the west, the scenery and nearby outdoor recreational opportunities are absolutely incredible. We have 5 rooms that have two queen beds, a room that has a double bed, where each of these rooms are comfortable, home style rooms with private baths. We also provide satellite television, air conditioning, wireless high speed internet, conference facilities, classroom with computer stations and high speed internet, a fully equipped dark room and delicious home cooked meals. A corral is also available for our guests with horses.
