Our Favorite South Dakota Bed and Breakfasts

Built in 2014 and overlooking the gorgeous Medicine Creek Valley, the Medicine Creek Bed & Breakfast is a fully furnished, open floor plan home that sleeps up to eight adults comfortably. Known as "Frenchy's Place", this stunning home provides two bedrooms and a loft with a twin bed and two full beds. The master bedroom suite has its own bathroom as well as one queen and one twin bed and its own exit. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and is connected to the main bathroom. We also provide a large hot tub that offers a tremendous view of the surrounding countryside.  Free Internet access is provided, and our fully stocked kitchen is well suited for a terrific breakfast... including coffee, juices, milk, cereals, oatmeal, bacon, eggs, pancake mix and more. Your host Alicia Authier may even be able to prepare your breakfast at an agreed-upon time and depending on her schedule.  Pets and/or smoking are not allowed. Located about 1.5 miles east of Vivian South Dakota with easy access from I-90 and Highway 248, our guests often enjoy pleasant walks through the open fields and along the creek, as well as driving along the dirt roads and trails.  So for a relaxing stay nestled in the gorgeous landscape of West (of the Missouri River) South Dakota, the Medicine Creek Bed and Breakfast is the perfect choice.
