K. Simmons, as an Oscar winner for best supporting actor in “Whiplash”. Founded in 1960, the Bigfork Summer Playhouse has become regionally known as the summer theatre that brings the best of Broadway to the Rockies. Year after year, the tradition continues of bringing extremely high quality, Broadway caliber talent and outstanding theatre productions to the charming resort town of Bigfork Montana, nestled in some of the most spectacular scenery in the country alongside the largest freshwater lake this side of the Mississippi River.
